konakartadmin assign roles limited to admin app 1000 users

Hi,

Our client has reported that in Konakart Admin in the Customers --> Assgin Roles screen.  The Admin App Users listbox is limited to 1000 users.  I've been looking around the configuration screen and table looking for where this limit might be set but have had no luck.  Is there another configuration setting in Konakart deep down where we can up this limit.

Yes, and I know 1000+ admin users is a bit excessive but our client is a very large company.

Your client is correct.  There is currently a restriction there in the Admin App which only allows 1000 Admin App users to appear in that list.

You're right that it's a high number but in certain environments I can see that in extreme cases this could be a limitation.

Since you have a support contract with us, please can you get your authorised contact person to contact us by email so that we can discuss a solution to this with you.
