Buy this and get that for 1€ promotion

Hi!

I'm trying to configure Konakart Admin for promotion that offers one product for special price (like 1€) in case customer has added some other product in cart. For example: if you add iPad XX into cart Konakart will offer you USB modem YYY for 1€.

I tried to do it like thik:

• I added new promotion of "Product discount" type and enabled it for USB modem YYY product


• I added new expression with condition "ID of a product in a cart" is equal to ID of iPad XX


• I activated promotion for this rule

But when I tested it in the client I got some wierd results - first it added USB modem into recap (with regular price) but not into cart, second case was that it doubled the amount of iPad XX in the basket or third did nothing. Is there any idea how can I configure a promotion to perform correctly?

I can think of two ways:

• You could create a bundle


• You could modify the FreeProduct promotion to add a price of €1
