I want add one order status to existing order status. I do not known where to change the code for that.

Please help me in this regard.

Huh?  I don't know what you mean by that.  You want your new order status to appear only in your vm file?   Maybe you could start by explaining what you're trying to achieve?

In back end, while editing order, we have status like canceled,  delivered, Order processing ans so on. In that I want to add New order status and For new Status order, I want to send different format email to customer.

You can add a new order status and add a velocity template that can be sent when an order changes to that new state...  http://www.konakart.com/docs/EmailTemplates.html
