can u pls tell me the limitations of the Konakart from a programming perspective. Here by limitation i mean wht are the things we cannot do wit the current framework source code.
Do we have any work around for these limitations ?
I am convinced with the Konakart . But i only have a doubt if my cusomter ask me anthing extra to do apart from a functionality in Konakart , can i write a piece of code and plug in ?

Hi,
As I said yesterday, you have all of the struts actions, struts forms and jsps in source code format so you can add new screens, delete existing ones and modify existing ones. We have hooks for certain events (such as when the state of an order changes) and custom fields in most of the important objects as well as a pluggable framework for payment, shipping and discount modules.
Depending on what you are trying to achieve, it may be very easy for you to customize KonaKart, or it may make more sense for us to add the functionality to the engine in a future release.
