I have a problem in uploading the products image, while adding the new products. how can i solve this problem.please help me...
The error message is:
There has been a problem with the upload
<pre>\webapps\konakart\images\steps.jpg(The system cannot find the path specified)

I think that this was a problem that we solved some time ago. If I remember correctly, it only manifested itself when using FireFox. What version of KonaKart are you using and what browser are you using ?

Thank you so much for your reply. I am using Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.11 and konakart 2.2.0.6.
I also tried in IE 6.0,but no use.. Please help me....

Check that you have the image base path set correctly. You can configure this under configuration>>Images . Also are you sure that the image exists ? Are you selecting it by using the browse button in the Admin App ? It looks like it doesn't have the full path name of the image to upload it.
