Programming of KonaKart / SQL Upgrade Script 5.4 to 5.5

The packaged upgrade includes database scripts for version 5.2 to 5.3 and to 5.4 for MS SQL Server but no script is included to go from 5.4 to 5.5. They are included for mysql but not MS SQL Server. Can anyone tell me where to find these? Thanks!

Programming of KonaKart / One Page Checkout Problems in IE Firefox

We are running KonaKart 5.2.0 and would lke to use the One Page Checkout however users are experiencing problems in IE 8 and 9 and Firefox. IE must be running in Compatibility mode to view the EditCartSubmit.do page. Even in compatibility mode the Country defaults to "Afghanistan" rather than "United States" as it does in Chrome which works properly. Is there a fix for this without doing a ful upgrade to 5.5? Thanks
