Hello,

I have a category in my store that has some child categories. Some of the products belong to the main category and others belong to the sub categories.

My problem is that when I try to browse my parent category I get no products as result despite the fact that the category menu on the left is telling me there are products in said category.

When I use the category menu on the left I can browse the subcategories and see the products inside them, but the ones that are assigned to the main category are impossible to reach as I get no results.

Any help or ideas?

Not all FBC parameters are supported in the Community Edition.  From the konakartadmin_gwt.properties file:

Code Select Expand

# -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
# "fbc.g" parameters supported in the Community Edition
# All parameters supported in the Enterprise Feature

So if it's not an "fbc.g" parameter it will not be supported in the Community Edition.

I'm trying to use file based configuration to set the sizes of the uploaded product images. So, according to the docs I edited the konakartadmin_gwt.properties file by uncommenting the following line and changing the values as seen below:

fbc.kk_panel_editProduct.images.options = big;; medium;200;200 small;100;100 tiny;80;80

After that I refreshed cache, refreshed the browser and even restarted my app server, but the changes are never applied. Can someone tell what I'm doing wrong? Is there any other line I should uncomment?

By the way, I have a manual installation and have also edited the xml to point to the current configuration files.

Hello,

I'm trying out the community version of Konakart (7.1.1) and installed it with the demo database. So far, so good.

However, I have a couple questions:

1. How do I edit/manage the products displayed in the banners section of the main page? I'm referring to the information displayed by the BannersBody.jsp file.

2. How do I edit/manage the featured products slider?
