Guest checkout

Hi,
I'm trying to set-up KK 6.3 CE with guest checkout but I found that it works only with one page checkout.

I have Configuration - Store Configuration - Enables Checkout Without Registration set to true and Enables One Page Checkout set to false when I start checkout I have the profile information + input password but if I use one page checkout that field is not present and it works as expected. I controlled in the jsp page and there isn't a check for password so I think that is a bug for jsp pages.

Is there a workaround or a solution for activating guest checkout also for jsp pages?
