Checkout order

When I try to Checkout an order using cash on delivery as apyment method i get an exception

The details of the malfunction are :

Exception Name = com.konakart.app.KKException
Exception Message = org.apache.torque.TorqueException: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: null value in column "products_options" violates not-null constraint

any idea?
