Shopping Cart items doesnt show shipping and total

Shopping cart items doesnt show shipping and total amount at the bottom (ShowCartItems.do). On my local machine it shows both shipping and total but not on my website. There should be some configuration problem. I am not able to find where what is wrong. I tried to change some configuration using admin app for eg. Modules -> Order Totals -> Shipping, Modules -> Order totals -> total... but no luck. Can somebody help me with this.

It should always show the total. It won't show shipping if the customer isn't logged in and a default customer hasn't been setup in the Admin App. Obviously the OrderTotal module needs to be installed.
