Tag based filter disappeared on enabling Solr

I have set the tag in products and categories. Tag works ok without Solr. When Solr is enabled Its not showing any Tag filter on the page.

does Solr feature work with konakart?

It works with the Enterprise version of KonaKart.

When using Solr, you need to configure faceted searching in a different way. Take a look at http://www.konakart.com/docs/ch12s03.html .

I tried that step but I couldn't understand where should I put java code.

There is no need for Java code. Our standard EE installation populates the database to do faceted searching using Solr for the DVD Movies >> Action category http://www.konakart.com/konakart/DVD-Movies/Action/1_10_-1_9.action . Use that as an example.
